No funny money bail out for working poor

Working poor getting poorer while financial communities get bail outs
Ever wonder why President Obama bails out big money while ignoring the working poor class ?
The U.S. economy is now upside down. Government workers who are supposed to be public servants are making twice as much as the people they serve. Free traders do not like the word "protectionism" but this is exactly what is happening in our upside down economy. Government workers being part of the political system protect their jobs. Many government workers are now "double dipping" too. "Double dipping" means government workers can retire with a pension and go back to another government job or go back to the one they had and collect two pays.
Those in charge in our city, say they can also save money this way since the workers who take their pensions come back at a lesser pay. Reportedly 100 percent of government workers have a pension plan with the exception of those who are hired as contract workers. In the private sector, only 15 percent of workers will get a pension.
In the past week, the city orchestra musicians are protesting about a cut in their pay and some other limitations being applied to their pensions. They make $135,000 a year.
Everyone deserves what they are getting but they forget where the money is coming from. All are paid by taxes with the private sector workers no longer capable of supporting this upside down economy.
Only about 15 percent of the unions now are private sector production workers. A new working poor class can not support the process any longer. Free trade has taken tariffs off products and put on the common workers. And President Bush and President Obama bailed out the ones responsible for the economic mess.
Government workers make up 50 percent of the unions now. Retail service workers make up the rest but many need government assistance to survive. In our state, Wal-Mart and McDonald has the most workers who get Medicaid, food stamps and welfare. The Medicaid spending is eating up an ever-increasing share of the state budget. The new proposed health care will not stop the financial burden and most likely will even increase it.
In our State of Ohio alone, 12,000 Wal-Mart workers and their families turned to government subsidized healt care. McDonald's came in second with 11,359 workers and their dependents receiving Medicaid benefits. Overall 104,652 workers at 40 companies recieved millions in Medicaid benefits. 73,110 workers received food stamps and 7,253 workers received welfare checks. Some of these workers were health care workers.
Most businesses say they do not want universal health care but companies like Wal-Mart and McDonalds have public health care as part of their business plan.
The top ten companies that have workers receiving Medicaid are Wal-Mart, McDonald's, Yum! Brands, Wendy's, Bob Evans, Kroger, Burger King, Frisch's, Marathon, Manpower.
The top ten companies that have workers receiving food stamps are McDonald's, Wal-Mart, Yum! Brands, Wendy's, Bob Evans, Kroger, Burger King, Frisch's, Marathon, Subway
Note how many workers who are receiving food stamps are in the food industry.
The top ten companies that have workers receiving welfare help are McDonald's, Wendy's, Yum! Brands, Wal-Mart, Burger KIng, Kroger, Bob Evans, Frisch's, Subway and Arby's
Note: Yum! Brands includes A&W, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Long John Silver, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell restaurants.
I wonder how many of these firms are in public facilities and city airports where they work side by side with high paid government workers.
Data based on Ohio Department of Job and Family Services report from article by Julie Carr Smyth in Cleveland Plain Dealer in 2006 - Most likely it is much worst in 2010 even with more unemployed workers not being a part of any real statistics.
