When you're wrong, your wrong

Maybe there was something inthe Advertising Standards Board telling Hyundai to pull their 'controversial' baby driving a car ad last month.
The reason I'm eating my words on this one is yesterday an 18 month old toddler 'pinned' his mother with the family car. The child jumped into the driver's seat, apparently started the engine and moved the car foward, pinning the mum. Luckily the mum was in a stable condition in the hospital.
My blog of a few weeks (Click here to read it) ago on the subject thought it was ridiculous to ban the ad. I still think it was ridiculous. The ad was shown after 8:30 at night. If the kid was up that late, then it was the parents fault!!!
No, seriously, don't really know if the kid was copying the ad or not. All kids watch their parents drive, so they can figure out what's happening.

Absolutely, couldn't agree with you more. That's what I wrote on the other blog.
Also, don't leave keys in the car. No matter what. You don't know that you're kid can undo their seatbelt until they do. Don't take that chance.
Love & stuff
