The World's News - The hard facts about the the global economic arena

Free Trade is not trade. It is primarily about moving production from place to place anywhere in the world for the sake of cheaper labor. The value of workers and labor has been degraded and deflated. This represents trillions of dollars lost in the process

Oxymorons all over the place in the Global Economic Arena

As long as free trade and globalism are left out of any discussion about
most of problems today, we have oxymorons all over the place. We have
shopped our way out of our jobs and out of most means of paying for
benefits like health care.

We have flushed standards like Rerum Novarum related to workers' dignity
issues and the free enterprise system down the drain. ( Rerum Novarum stood
the test of time as standard for human dignity for both workers and employers for
more than a 100 years.) Both Conservatives and Liberals now share in the kill.
We have a upper class now surviving off the losses of others with a new
working poor class set in place. Our past successful local value added economies
have been buried. We now have a mass of government employees who get
highly paid to rule over masses of the underclass.

A new era is upon us. All the entitlements and benefits are no longer
affordable. Many of us who fought the good fight to stop this are now
part of the underclass too. Globalism is now a race to the bottom for
most workers in the world. At least universal health care will help the U.S.
compete a bit better with the wage slave and even child labor workers
across the globe.

The U.S. can no longer duplicate success stories in other
lands like they did with the Marshall Plan. The U.S. has chopped up the
greatest economy in history into pieces and sent the pieces around the
world for the benefit of the money changers. Now the U.S. had to bail out
the money changers while smashing the middle class in the U.S.

The media throws all these stories in the wastebasket. Instead, they play a
good cop , bad cop scenario in reporting about issues that lost their meaning.
