The World's News - The hard facts about the the global economic arena

Free Trade is not trade. It is primarily about moving production from place to place anywhere in the world for the sake of cheaper labor. The value of workers and labor has been degraded and deflated. This represents trillions of dollars lost in the process

Gets U.S. government to fund business and then sends production out of the country

Associated Press

Toledo solar firm opens China plant

Xunlight Corp, a Toledo Ohio manufacturer of solar panels received $50 million dollars in U.S. taxpayers money to develop research and production. They say this money is not used to open a Chinese factory but if it is used for development , how can the two processes be separated.

Reportedly, the company just started talking publicly about the Chinese plant that opened earlier this year about 60 miles west of Shangai. The president and CEO says $2 million of private venture capital was used to open the Chinese plant but it makes one wonder what the investors and conditions were behind the investment after the company received $50 million dollars in taxpayers money.

President Obama says the new " green industries " that the government funded will create new jobs. New jobs will be created with some here and some in China. No one tells us how many will be in each location. And what will be classified as exports.

Apparently, this is the next step the globalist free traders are using in what is called free trade that is not really trade. Get U.S. taxpayers money to start things in the U.S. and build the factory somewhere else in the world. U.S, workers pay the bill as a new working poor class in the U.S. are forced to shop their way out of their jobs buying cheaper imports.

The money changers may call it a win win situation, but in the end, the test of time will call it something else. I call it a free trade nightmare.
