Free trade double talk with Chinese companies coming to America
We have the COSCO shipping containers rolling across our railroads in America owned in part by the Chinese Liberation Army. The cost of long haul shipping and protective packaging is about 15 to 20 percent the cost of the products. Free trade absorbed this cost for years using impoverhished workers to make the things we use everyday. The industrial revolution is not over. It is just going on somewhere else. In China workers are demanding more pay with many workers there even comitting suicide making components for companies like Hewitt Packard and Apple.
So the next step in free trade is to bring this production back to America after replacing the middle class with a working poor class. Questions are being asked about bringing these Chinese companies to America and my first reaction is why are these questions even being asked. We have experienced what happens when cheap imports come in an put millions of Americans out of work. Now the situation is set for the Chinese to come to America. All the questions can be asked but the facts are already on the table. Far East countries do not do business the way we do. There is no end to the manipulation of money, investments, subsidies and workers wages in these countries. The companies still left in America work on different principles although President Obama has bailed out the Free Traders and has married big money and big government as one.
Will the Chinese do business as we do in America? I think we all know the answer to this question. The real question of our times is this.
Who said we had to compete like this in a global economic arena and why?
What is the mission of the elite groupings that force fed us free trade and globalization?
What are their intentions?
How does this all work out as our economies based on making money on money instead of making things is burning out?
The U.S. has gone throught he most massive dislocation of jobs in its history with more fuel being added to fire.
